Interior flat paint being repainted by me, a total unprofessional. Filled the nail holes in with above mentioned caulk. Is this going to bleed thru? Is Kilz required? you will notice the caulking exspecially since its silicone. to be honest you should not paint over silicone as the paint probably wont stick or if it does it will peel in a short time.
peel it out and use either latex caulk or spackling - silicone is not paintable
